Gironde, Oise, North… several blockages have been lifted
Roadblocks go up on Saturday. According to the gendarmerie, the number of blockages and affected departments is decreasing sharply; this morning at 6 a.m., there were less than forty actions affecting twenty-eight departments.
In the north, “the A2 motorway has been fully reopened to traffic since 8:00 a.m. this morning”, announced the department prefecture. “Even if certain blocking points are lifted or are in the process of being lifted, the recovery (…) traffic can only be carried out following the necessary intervention of the infrastructure management services to ensure the practicability of the network”, however, it was clarified.
The prefect of New Aquitaine and Gironde announced in a message published onthe unblocking of the Bordeaux ring road, occupied for several days. “Traffic has been restored on the entire Bordeaux ring road since 6 a.m. in both directions. Traffic is fluid,” he said.
In Haute-Vienne, “farmers have lifted their blockades in three sectors”said the prefect, who specified that some blockages remain in place. “Traffic is therefore only partially restored on the A20 in the department,” he added in a press release.
In the Oise, “The A1 motorway is fully reopened. No more blockages on the A1 are to be observed in » the department, announced the prefecture.
The Côte-d’Or department notes for its part that “this morning all the blocking points in Côte-d’Or were lifted with the exception of the blockade on the A6 near Beaune center”.
