One minute and nine seconds which precipitate the fall of the insurance magnate, whose sexual predation and his strategies to satisfy and conceal it seem to have contaminated those around him, his society and members of the national police. He is now indicted for “sexual assault on a minor under the age of 15, human trafficking, rape of minors and a criminal association with a view to committing kidnapping or kidnapping in an organized gang” and imprisoned.
In this file – partly revealed by The Obs – his wife, one of his company’s employees, a construction contractor, a former member of the GIGN and a private security guard, all placed in pre-trial detention, are also implicated. But the breath of the case does not seem to run out. According to information from World, several police officers or ex-police officers appear in the procedure, suspected for some of having tried to cover up the facts for which Jacques Bouthier is worried. They were part of the team that went after Nadia when she filed a complaint on March 15 and tried to prove to the police the sexual assaults that the CEO of Assu 2000 committed against young women.
This association of criminals aimed to recover the famous video and to consider the expulsion of Nadia to Morocco, her country of origin: “If you catch her, you put her on the plane for me and I reserve a reception committee for her, if necessary I will put her in a military camp in Morocco where she will be put to whore”, Jacques Bouthier told them. Illegal consultations of police files also took place, in order to determine whether Nadia had filed a complaint and where her complaint was in the judicial circuit. To varying degrees, all appear to be linked by a network of dubious intermediaries, between exchanges of SMS on secure messaging, clandestine meetings and sub-contracting in cascade.
