The “And Just Like That …” shoot is getting closer. The “Sex and The City” stars met to read the script together for the first time.

Exciting news for fans of the hit series “Sex and the City”: The stars, Sarah Jessica Parker (56), Cynthia Nixon (55) and Kristin Davis (56) are finally reunited. Together with their colleagues, they had the first reading of the script for the “SATC” spin-off “And Just Like That …” on Friday (June 11th). A photo of the three leading actresses together Parker shared on Instagram for the special occasion.

The Carrie Bradshaw actress wrote of the picture, which shows Nixon, Davis and Parker arm in arm in front of the New York skyline: “Back together. Read the first episodes of ‘And Just Like That …’ – together with all the friends and our new cast members. ” The actress compared the experience with my “sundae”.

Cynthia Nixon, who plays lawyer Miranda Hobbs on the series, posted the same photo of the three actresses on Instagram. She commented on the picture with the words: “Friendship never goes out of style”.

“And Just Like That …” is based on the book “Sex and the City” by Candace Bushnell (62) and the original TV series created by Darren Star (59). “The series will accompany Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte on their way from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s,” reads the content of the new episodes.
