Eternam the building at 6 rue de Hanover in Paris (2nd).
Owned by SFL since 1958, 6 rue de Hanovre is a historic Parisian building located a few steps from the Opera, in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. The asset in R+8, whose facade is listed in the Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments, develops 3,000 m(2) of offices and 1,600 m(2) of basement.
Following the departure of Pretty Simple in October 2022, SFL initiated renovation work on the facade, which will be taken over by the buyers, who plan to restructure the building.
The asset is sold vacant, as is for a price of 58.3 ME net seller.
