(CercleFinance.com) – SFL (Société Foncière Lyonnaise) announces that it has sold to GCI and Eternam, as a joint venture, the building at 6 rue de Hanover, a 4,600 m² complex located a few steps from the Opera, in the second arrondissement of Paris.
This asset, which the company had owned since 1958, was sold vacant, as is, for a price of 58.3 million euros net seller, following the departure of Pretty Simple in October 2022.
The asset in R+8 develops 3000 m² of offices and 1600 m² of basement. SFL has initiated renovation work on its facade, listed in the Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments, work which will be taken over by the buyers.
