Facing her mirror, she thus posed, revealing above all her belly and her legs. “It’s not that yet, but I lost well. I set myself a goal anyway, I explain everything to you in our Vlog on Youtube” she said. On the image, we can therefore see that Shanna Kress has already lost a lot of weight, one month and six days after giving birth. Moreover, in the caption of her photo, the young mother of the family specified that she had lost 14 pounds, all without having done any sport (see the photo in our slideshow)! A small victory for the sportswoman who hopes to regain her pre-pregnancy silhouette.

After a long journey full of pitfalls, the reality TV candidate gave birth to her first child in November 2022. A real moment of happiness for the young parents who had finally been able to turn the page on the drama they experienced during pregnancy. After medical examinations, Shanna Kress and Jonathan Matijas had indeed discovered that one of their children had trisomy 21. After a long period of reflection, they had thus decided to interrupt his growth. Shanna Kress had then resorted to a voluntary termination of pregnancy.
Getting her head out of the water, the 35-year-old woman had to end her pregnancy in bed. So many difficult trials that she hopes behind her. One thing is certain: the arrival of Luka in the family is a real breath of fresh air.
