Marvel fans will probably end up in court in August, because then the new comedy series “She-Hulk: The Lawyer” with Tatiana Maslany will be released.
Not long now, another Marvel series is coming to Disney+. “She-Hulk: The Lawyer” will be available on the streaming service from August 17th. An almost two-minute trailer already showsthat fans can expect a pretty extraordinary comedy series.
A lawyer with superpowers
Canadian actress Tatiana Maslany (36), also known from the sci-fi series “Orphan Black”, takes on the leading role of lawyer Jennifer Walters, who specializes in superhero cases. The single legal expert has superpowers herself as a green Hulk around two meters tall.
Disney+ also promises a reunion with several characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Among others, Mark Ruffalo (54) as Smart Hulk, Tim Roth (61) as Emil Blonsky/Abomination and Benedict Wong (50) as Wong will be there. In addition, Jameela Jamil (36), Josh Segarra (35) and Ginger Gonzaga will also play.
The nine-part comedy series is directed by Kat Coiro and Anu Valia. Kevin Feige (48), boss of Marvel Studios, is co-executive producer.
