In the United Kingdom, a young woman who had just opened a can of white beans had the fear of her life. Inside she has indeed discovered … a snake!
She got a very big fright. A few days ago, a 26-year-old Welsh girl went to an Aldi supermarket to buy a box of “baked beans”the famous white beans with tomato that we find in particular in the English breakfast.
But while she was opening her can, the young woman made an unexpected and terrifying discovery. Indeed, inside was bathe a gray, black and slightly red mass. After a few seconds, she finally realized that he it was actually a snake !
The Welshwoman then grabbed a fork, touched the astonishing figure and jumped. “Everything suddenly moved, after which I refused to look again”she told the British daily The Mirror.
Two bottles of wine to apologize
To prove her point, the young woman shared a photo of the tin can on Twitter, which sparked hundreds of comments from horrified Internet users. It must be said that the photo is enough to cause fear because on it we can see a mass that actually looks like the crawling reptile.
After coming to her senses, the 26-year-old Welshwoman packed up the can and took it back to the Aldi supermarket to complain. To compensate her, the store offered her two bottles of wine. The sign then explained that this unfortunate discovery would be due to a conservation problem which caused the box to open ajar.
