The package does have his name on it. Each time, the package was sent by another American user, who obviously tried to return the package to the retailer. The situation is now turning into a nightmare for Anca Nitu, who must not find where to store all these shoes, but also manage conflicts with UPS, which asks her for no less than 300 dollars in delivery costs.

Unscrupulous dealers use fake address to evade return fees

By indicating a false address, they avoid the invoice… which then ends up in the hands of the unfortunate person who does indeed live at the said address. “I refused to pay and the dispute with UPS is still ongoing”, continues Anca Nitu.
