Shots fired in Paris: a man fatally injured, the suspects on the run

Un murder in the middle of Paris. On Wednesday May 24, several shots rang out in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, on Boulevard de Courcelles. An individual in his thirties was hit by these shots. The victim was treated at the scene by paramedics, but died of his injuries.

The perpetrators of the shots were on two motorcycles when they opened fire on a real estate agent in their thirties, near the Courcelles metro station. The suspects fled while the two motorcycles were found in Châtenay-Malabry, a town located about twelve kilometers south of Paris, in the Hauts-de-Seine, according to a police source.

It could be a settling of accounts, according to this source. The criminal brigade was seized of an investigation, specified the source close to the file.
