(Boursier.com) — The SRP Groupe Board of Directors met on December 15, chaired by Mr. David Dayan, Co-founder and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SRP Groupe, and decided to co-opt François de Castelnau as director, replacing Thierry Petit who announced his decision to end his duties as director. Co-optation of Mr. François de Castelnau, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Group Finance Director, as a director The co-optation of Mr. François de Castelnau was decided in order to provide for the replacement of Mr. Thierry Petit who terminated his term of office as a director from December 1, 2022, for the remainder of his term of office, i.e. until the General Meeting of SRP Groupe which will be called upon to approve the financial statements for the 2022 financial year on June 21, 2023.
The Board of Directors has chosen a personality with widely recognized skills since joining the Group more than 3 years ago. This appointment will be subject to ratification at the next General Meeting of SRP Groupe.
