Showroomprivé: the acquisition of The Bradery is finalized


(CercleFinance.com) – Showroomprivé announced on Tuesday evening that it had finalized the acquisition of The Bradery, a specialist in premium event sales aimed at millennials.

The company explains that it has concluded the acquisition of a majority stake of 51% in the site, with the possibility of acquiring the remaining 49% by 2026.

In a press release, Showroomprivé explains that the operation will enable it to consolidate its strategy by exploiting three platforms with complementary positioning: Showroomprivé.com for general distribution, Beauté Privée for beauty and The Bradery for premium and young fashion.

With a community that unites more than 200,000 regular buyers and more than 400 partner brands three years after its launch, The Bradery has already reached nearly 30 million euros in billings.

Its founders Edouard Caraco and Timothée Linyer will continue to ensure the platform’s growth momentum, with the objective of doubling the volume of sales within three years.

The transaction should therefore be accretive in 2024.
