(TSX VENTURE: SOI) announces the appointment of Mr. Luc Cloutier, director, as Chairman of the Board of Directors following the resignation of Mr. Gilles Dupuis. The latter must, for personal reasons, resign from his functions as Chairman of the Board and Director of Sirios. Dominique Doucet, Chairman of Sirios and on behalf of the Board of Directors, would like to sincerely thank Mr. Dupuis for his valuable and constructive contribution made to the Board over the past few years.
