A fifth parameter is added for companies with more than 250 employees: the distribution of promotions according to gender.
Among the punished, there is the Paris-Saint-Germain football club. This stresses that the criterion of the ten highest salaries “is not adapted” to the professional sector.
On this basis, a 100-point scoring system was implemented. If the result obtained is less than 75 for three consecutive years, the boss is liable to a penalty of up to 1% of the payroll. The fifteen other reprimanded companies have a much lower reputation than PSG or are even unknown to the general public: the Skema business school, the photo developer Photobox, the travel organizer Egencia, etc.
