Ski Aggu conquered the singles charts with Otto Waalkes in the summer. With his tape “Think about it…” he now lands on the album throne.

In June the rapper Ski Aggu (25), colleague Joost (25) and the German comedy legend Otto Waalkes (75) reached number one in the Official German Single Charts, determined by GfK Entertainment, with a new version of “Friesenjung”. Now Ski Aggu is also securing the top spot in the album charts – with the tape “Think about it…”. As the highest newcomer of the week, he managed to jump straight to the top.

Ski Aggu, one of the shooting stars of the music scene, has been putting established artists in their place for decades. Howard Carpendale (77) enters second place with “Let’s Do It Again”, while “Doggerland” by Santiano slips to third place. Other newcomers to the top five include Kool Savas (48) with “Red Bull Symphonic (Live)” in fourth place and Agnetha Fältskog (73) from ABBA with “A+” in fifth place.

His success celebrates Ski Aggu on Instagram with a pinch of humor. Among other things, he published a picture in which he can be seen holding a fork and knife to his “Number 1 Award” in one go. “On-board bistro never tasted so good,” he jokes, among other things. The Charts social media team wishes you bon appetite in the comments.

Movement among singles

Although no newcomers can place themselves in the top five of the single charts, there is still movement. Cassö, Raye & D-Block Europe take the throne with “Prada”, while Sira, Bausa & Badchieff (“9 to 9”) have to settle for second place. “Si No Estás” by iñigo quintero makes it to the podium for the first time on number three. Meanwhile, Kenya Grace (“Strangers”) and Tate McRae (“Greedy”) swap places on fourth and fifth.
