Skoda is expanding its electric catalog with this new Enyaq Coupé IV.
A model available, for the first time, in a 100% electric RS variant.
The Skoda Enyaq also in Coupé version
After the Enyaq IV, Skoda adds a Coupé version to its range, a model that sports a more expressive, sportier design, without however cutting back on space on board. Skoda promises to have reworked the car’s aerodynamics, with a drag coefficient of 0.234 for increased range.
Power starts at 132kW (180hp) for the rear-drive Enyaq Coupé IV 60, which is fitted with a 62kWh battery. The Enyaq Coupé IV 80 is also rear-wheel drive and produces 150 kW (204 hp) thanks to its 82 kWh battery, which can travel up to 545 km according to the manufacturer. The 80x model is adorned with a second engine on the front axle, to make it an all-wheel drive vehicle, with a power of 195 kW, or 265 hp.
And in RS version!
A model that also comes as a top-of-the-range sports model, the Enyaq Coupé RS IV, which features a discreet sporty front apron as well as body-coloured side skirts, with alloy wheels measuring between 19 and 21 inches. On the engine side, we benefit here from a power of 220 kW (i.e. 300 hp)
Thomas Schäfer, Managing Director of Skoda explains: “ The Enyaq Coupé IV perfectly combines emotion with efficiency, offering the generous spaces typical of ŠKODA, in a particularly elegant body “.
Note that the new Skoda Enyaq Coupé IV and Enyaq IV are produced in Mladá Boleslav (Czech Republic), making them the only Volkswagen Group vehicles based on the MEB platform in Europe to be built outside Germany.
