(CercleFinance.com) – Consolidated revenue stood at 1,038.6 ME in 2021, up +19% compared to 2020, including an organic growth of +18.7%.
Adjusted EBITDA increased by +70.0 ME, from 179.6 ME in 2020 to 249.6 ME in 2021 (i.e. an adjusted EBITDA margin of 24% of sales).
Adjusted EBIT increased by +88.3 ME, from 7.0 ME in 2020 to 95.3 ME in 2021. Net income – Group share amounted to 23.6 ME, up sharply over the financial year (compared to a net loss of -102.2 ME in 2020).
The Group anticipates an adjusted EBIT margin (as % of revenue) in line with 2021.
