First of all, you have to think about removing the laces from your pair of shoes, regardless of their material. For leather and imitation leather, simply rub the shoe gently with a brush specifically designed for this purpose. Then, with a damp, soapy cloth or cloth, clean again. Be careful, the cloth must be damp and not soaked, at the risk of damaging and deforming the shoe. With a dry cloth, pat the shoe and then let the pair of shoes air dry in a place sheltered from the sun. Then apply a coat of transparent shoe polish or the color of your leather.
If your pair is in suede, then be careful because it is very fragile. Start by wiping with a dry cloth to remove dust from your shoes.
