In 1999 came out SNK Card Fighters’ and Capcom Card Fighters’, collectible card games then available on the NeoGeo Pocket Color. Well, both titles are back in 2022 in a Nintendo Switch-exclusive compilation landing on theeShop right now.
SNK vs. Capcom: Card Fighters’ Clash is a collectible card game where two players compete with cards representing the characters of the franchises of the two Japanese studios, such as Terri, Nakoruru, Mark, Ryu, Chun Li or Mega Man. In total, 300 cards are available, for battle and support actions. Players can of course build their own decks custom, swap cards between versions SNK and Capcom of the game, and even use individual save data to pit the two versions against each other. It is also possible to play the Japanese version in addition to the English version, but impossible to exchange the cards by switching from one to the other.
