The rapper’s mother died at the age of 70

Snoop Dogg’s mother, Beverly Tate, has passed away. The rapper says goodbye to her with emotional Instagram posts.
Rapper Snoop Dogg (50) has to cope with a serious loss. As can be seen from a series of Instagram posts, the 50-year-old’s mother has passed away. “Mom, thank you for giving birth to me”, he wrote under a photoshowing him together with his mother Beverly Tate (1951-2021). Under another photo, on which Tate is posing in a red dress, he wrote: “Thank God for giving me an angel as a mother.”
What the 70-year-old died of is not known. In a previous post of the “Sweat” artist shows that Tate was treated in the hospital. He did not reveal any more details about her health status back then, in May However, he called on his followers to do soto pray for the American woman.
Celebrities stand by Snoop Dogg
Many celebrities such as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson (49) and Heidi Klum (48) already expressed their condolences under Snoop Dogg’s posts. “I love you, big brother,” wrote rapper colleague Lizzo (33). “I’m so sorry, brother. I send you a lot of love,” commented entrepreneur Paris Hilton (40). Meanwhile, Cardi B (29) wrote: “I’m sorry, Uncle Snoop. Love and peace to your family.”
