Sept 23 (Reuters) – Societe Generale announced on Friday the departure of Sadia Ricke, group risk director, and Caroline Guillaumin, director of human resources and communications.
Sadia Ricke will leave her post on November 30 and Caroline Guillaumin on December 15.
Successors will be announced later, the bank added.
Frédéric Oudéa, CEO of SocGen since 2008, announced last May that he would not seek reappointment in May 2023. (Written by Kate Entringer, edited by Jean-Michel Bélot)
