PARIS, Nov 3 (Reuters) – Societe Generale announced on Thursday the appointment of Stéphane Landon as group chief risk officer from December 1, 2022.

Deputy Director of Risks since October 2020, he will replace Sadia Ricke, who will leave her post at the end of November, to become Director of Risks at Standard Chartered Bank in London.

Societe Generale’s Board of Directors decided at the end of September to propose to shareholders the appointment of Slawomir Krupa as Chief Executive Officer, replacing Frédéric Oudéa, who did not seek the renewal of his term of office in May 2023. (Written by Kate Enteringer)
