(Boursier.com) — Sodexo announces the composition of the future Board of Directors of Pluxee. The proposed members of the Pluxee Board of Directors bring solid experience acquired in both large publicly traded companies and start-ups.
The future Board of Directors combines significant experience in international leadership, acquired both in large listed companies and in start-ups, and solid expertise in various fields such as digital, data management, cybersecurity, payment, and human resources.
Didier Michaud-Daniel will be Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, which will include four Directors representing the Bellon family, and five independent Directors, as follows:

– Sophie Bellon, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Sodexo;
– Nathalie Bellon-Szabo, Managing Director, Sodexo Live! World ;
– François-Xavier Bellon, Chairman of the Management Board of Bellon SA;

– Guillaume Boutin, General Director of Proximus;
