(Boursier.com) — Sodexo announces the appointment of Sébastien de Tramasure, currently Chief Financial Officer of Sodexo North America, to the position of Group Chief Financial Officer.

The appointment of Sébastien de Tramasure is the result of a succession plan prepared for a long time. Sébastien de Tramasure has worked at Sodexo for almost 18 years. Before occupying his current position, he held various positions within the finance function, including that of Chief Financial Officer of Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services (now Pluxee). In 2018, Sébastien de Tramasure became Chief Financial Officer of the Health and Seniors segments globally. In 2020, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Sodexo North America, which represents more than 40% of the Group’s turnover. In these functions, Sébastien actively participated in the turnaround of Sodexo North America and notably led strategic acquisitions in the convenience market.

Marc Rolland has been Chief Financial Officer of Sodexo since 2015. He has greatly contributed to increasing the efficiency of the Finance function globally through the standardization of processes and systems. Marc Rolland has also worked extensively to strengthen the strategic management of Sodexo’s business portfolio. It has promoted increased transparency in financial communications and a more disciplined approach to signing contracts and investments. Over the past few years, Marc Rolland has contributed significantly to the management of the pandemic, laying solid foundations for the post-Covid recovery by strengthening the rigor of operational efficiency and optimizing the cost base. Over the past few months, Marc Rolland and his team have played a key role in the execution of Sodexo’s 2025 strategic plan, in particular the Pluxee spin-off project which he will continue to lead until its full finalization.

Marc Rolland will continue to serve as Group Chief Financial Officer until May 1, 2024, working on the transition with Sébastien de Tramasure. He will then take on “new functions which will be announced in due course”.
