Sogeclair: fall in annual turnover despite strong growth in Q4 – 02/02/2022 at 18:19


(AOF) – Sogeclair achieved a turnover of 121 million euros in 2021, down 1.6% over one year, despite growth of 17.7% to 33.2 million in the last quarter. The Aerospace division, which represents 76.5% of the engineering company’s activity, posted an increase of 2.3%, including +28.3% in the last quarter, supported by the strong recovery in aviation commercial and the good performance of business aviation (42.7% of sales). The space segment grew by 2.7% over the year. On the other hand, the Simulation (22.4% of turnover) and Vehicle segments fell by 12.6% and 14.5% respectively.

“The 2022 turnover is expected to grow thanks to the success of Airbus’ EMES referencing for the next 5 years, Bombardier’s DIAMOND supplier label, the successes at Dassault Aviation, the implementation of the commercial agreement with Dassault Systèmes, a good order book in rail and a favorable outlook in defence,” said Sogeclair.
