(CercleFinance.com) – Consolidated revenue reached 1,089 million euros for the 2022-2023 financial year, up 26% in published data compared to the 863 million euros achieved in 2021-2022.
Gross margin reached 402 million euros, up 28% compared to 316 million euros in fiscal year 2021-2022. The gross margin rate increased by 0.4 points and rose from 36.6% of revenue in 2021-2022 to 37.0% of revenue in 2022-2023.
Consolidated net income is 233 million euros, an increase of 15% compared to the net income of 202 million euros recorded in 2021-2022.
Soitec confirms that it anticipates stable revenue for the 2023-2024 financial year at constant scope and exchange rates and an EBITDA margin of around 36%.
For fiscal year 2025-2026, the group is aiming for a revenue target of approximately US$2.1 billion and an EBITDA margin target of approximately 40% (based on a euro/US dollar exchange rate of 1.10).
