Solar generator from Anker drastically reduced: Affordable solar power to take with you

BARGAIN

Using solar energy anytime and anywhere – until recently this was a very expensive pleasure. At tink there is still a solar generator variant for those on a tight budget for a few hours.

At least at tink and as part of the retailer’s smart home days. In addition to numerous other offers from the world of smart homes, products from the manufacturer Anker are also on sale.

Including a solar power plant, a combination of power station and solar panel – basically a small balcony power plant with storage. However, while a balcony power plant also feeds into the home power grid and requires an inverter for this, the panels in a solar power plant only charge the power station.

However, this is significantly smaller and lighter than the storage of a balcony power plant and is therefore particularly suitable for use on the go. The Anker 521 power station has a storage capacity of 256 watt hours and is capable of delivering 200 watts of power.

Neither a hairdryer nor a microwave can be operated with it, nor can it be used to charge an electric car. However, the power provided is more than sufficient for power supplies for smartphones and laptops as well as for any type of lamp.

The solar panel can be folded up to the size of a briefcase and, like the power station, has a practical carrying handle. Four ports are available, 2x USB-A, 1x USB-C and 1x Schuko socket. The conversion rate of 23 percent ensures efficient charging and works even under cloudy skies.
