Solidarity through the winter
Until March 31, 2024, Energie Graz will refrain from switching off electricity, gas and heat for household customers who are experiencing payment difficulties. Energie Graz also offers the opportunity to discuss individual, long-term payment agreements in a personal appointment in the customer service center at Andreas-Hofer-Platz and to find solutions together for the repayment of outstanding debts, such as interest-free installment agreements. During personal energy consultations, customers are also informed about how they can reduce their own consumption.
