(CercleFinance.com) – The Board of Directors of Solocal Group has appointed Cédric Dugardin to the position of Managing Director. He will succeed Hervé Milcent who will leave his position on November 21, 2023.
Cédric Dugardin, director of the Group since June 2023, will continue to exercise his current functions as director.
Philippe Mellier, Chairman of the Board, declares: ‘The choice of the Board of Directors naturally fell on Cédric Dugardin, because of his knowledge of the Group and his ability to evolve in complex contexts and to
transition. It will continue discussions with creditors, study the different options in
the interest of the Group and will work to initiate new momentum. ‘
Cédric Dugardin affirms ‘I understand the challenges and the responsibility that will be ours in the months to come’.
