(CercleFinance.com) – Solocal Group announced on Friday that it had obtained the agreement of its creditors to defer until February 29, 2024 the payment of coupons due for June, September and December 2023.
Heavily indebted, the group had already obtained last month the postponement to January 30, 2024 of the date of payment of the bond coupons and the ‘mini-bond’ initially due in June 2023, September 2023 and December 2023.
The directory publisher, which has reconverted itself as a professional digital services portal, saw its share price fall by 1.5% on Friday morning on the Paris Stock Exchange.
Due to disappointing operational and financial performance and uncertainty surrounding its strategic direction, the stock has lost more than 87% of its value over the past 12 months.
