Solocal: on the brink of the abyss

Case. In our last opinion on Solocal, we said that we should stay away from the file. This opinion is more relevant than ever following recent announcements… To ensure its survival, the former Yellow Pages wishes to partner with Ycor. This structure is controlled by Maurice Lévy, the former boss of Publicis. Through two capital increases, Ycor would control 76% of the capital. Creditors would convert part of their obligations into new securities. As for the current shareholders, they would be completely crushed by holding less than 1% of the round… This situation clearly demonstrates the need to strengthen the financial structure.
