PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–Digital assistance service provider Solutions 30 announced on Wednesday that it has abandoned its plan to acquire French company EnergyGo. The former PC30 announced on June 28 that it had entered into exclusive negotiations with a view to acquiring this specialist in energy renovation.
“As the conditions precedent could not all be lifted, this project cannot be completed,” Solutions 30 said on Wednesday. “In the short term, Solutions 30 intends to continue to materialize the many organic growth opportunities present in the energy transition sector,” she added.
Since last November, Solutions 30 has revived its external growth strategy by announcing the acquisition of the British company Mono Consultants, a specialist in the deployment of mobile telecommunications infrastructures.
With some thirty acquisitions made to date, Solutions 30 has absorbed a substantial volume of business, around 315 million euros. An aggregate to be compared to the turnover of 874 million euros that the group achieved last year.
At the start of the session, the Solutions 30 share rose 1.6% to 3.53 euros.
