His character Johnny Silverhand is absolutely central to the story of Cyberpunk 2077. As much a guardian angel as a mortal threat for V, his representation by Keanu Reeves clearly marked the players. More than just a slightly invasive chip in our character’s head, Johnny Silverhand played by Keanu Reeves is an icon of the universe depicted by Cyberpunk 2077. In Mike Pondsmith’s role-playing games, he was a Absolutely legendary rockerboy in 2020, leader of the famous group Samurai. By an unfortunate combination of circumstances, his conscience finds itself blocked in V’s skull. Throughout the adventure, he will serve as our somewhat deranged and disillusioned moral compass. That didn’t stop fans from loving it as much as hating it, thanks to Keanu Reeves’ superb performance.
Outside of the marked paths of the scenario, however, he was conspicuous by his absence. The only exception being when we hang out in our main apartment in the H10 megabuilding. In this case, we can see and hear Johnny thoughtfully playing the guitar. By refining its game, CD Projekt RED has however added the possibility of renting others, but without thinking of integrating Johnny. Thanks to the “Here’s Johnny” mod, this pitfall has been corrected on PC. What’s more, the rocker can accompany our romantic dates with a little guitar solo. The dream of every Keanu Reeves fan, in short… unless you have him himself for a date.
How to invite Keanu Reeves to his virtual apartments
Who says mod inevitably means an operation exclusive to the PC version. That being said, adding it to the game is extremely simple. You just have to download it via its dedicated Nexus Mods page. Once this is done, all that remains is to unzip the folder in the root folder of Cyberpunk 2077. The copying of the files to the right place will happen by itself, and the (guitar) trick is done!
