something new in April for the TUC quarters

The file of former works of collective utility is far from being closed. The pension reform allows the validation (except for validating a long career) of the ex-TUC quarters and other former integration internships. It is still necessary, for those concerned, to be able to prove the existence of this old job!

40,000 works of collective utility (TUC). This is the count at this stage delivered by the National Old Age Insurance Fund (Cnav), in The echoes, the recognition of these TUCs as worked periods being in fact a novelty brought about by the pension reform. The government initially expected 100,000 TUC contracts.

Note, however, that the recognition of the TUC quarters is only partial from the point of view of the main stakeholders, the TUC association, the omissions of pensions campaigning (up to the Council of State) and denouncing the absence of the TUC quarters for the periods taken into account for long careers and therefore for early departures.

Pension reform. TUC Quarters: They have forgotten long careers!

I don’t need all the pay slips

On this point of long careers, the general director of Cnav Renaud Villard made no new announcement this week in The echoesbut on the other hand he announced future details on the documents accepted to validate these TUC periods: I don’t need all the pay slips, declared Renaud Villard in The echoes.

The daily newspaper specifies in this same assessment of the application of the reform, 6 months after its entry into force, that the Cnav must make a new update on the supporting documents transmitted in april. At this stage, it is the official bulletin of the Minister of Labor dated October 23 which serves as a reference for the documents accepted. The details from Cnav will perhaps allow more flexibility.

TUC quarters: what supporting documents to validate them?
