Songs of Conquest will enter Early Access on May 10.

This first version will feature four factions, a Campaign mode, local and online multiplayer modes and a Skirmish mode, as well as a map editor – in all respects identical to that used by the developers.

As a reminder, Songs of Conquest is developed by the small studio Lavapotion for the publisher Coffee Stain and aims to resume and modernize the heritage of Heroes of Might & Magic of yesteryear. Dressed in an elegant pixel art with chid animations, the game therefore takes up the main principles of the series out of the ground by New World Computing: a campaign map to be discovered with a general who can equip himself and improve his abilities, but also recruit troops to fight on a turn-based tactical map.

But, between the design of its units, its tactical orientations and its system of magic, Songs of Conquest already has some arguments to express its personality in the heart of a very square specification. Lavapotion is also responsible for explaining all this to you in the new trailer Game.
