Even before the State of Play of this Wednesday is made official, the rumor around the presentation mentioned Sonic and left the players thinking that a possible remaster of Sonic Generations would be announced there. Except that a title then appeared, Sonic x Shadow Generations, strongly suggesting that it would not be a simple port or even an entirely new game. What is it really ? Well, SEGA has just revealed the project through a first trailer.
Well yes Sonic x Shadow Generations is a reality and will be released in fall 2024 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch and PC (Steam And Epic Games Store). It will indeed be a part of a remaster of Sonic Generations with visual improvements and bonus content, but alsoa whole new experience featuring Shadow the hedgehog within a scripted campaign where he will use never before seen powers proving that he is the ultimate life form.
While waiting to discover more, know that Sonic Superstars is sold for €41.99 at Cdiscount (here And there) on consoles and €53.99 at the house of Gamesplanet on PC.
