Sophia Thomalla “no longer has to worry” about her pension. The TV star has apparently invested correctly.

Sophia Thomalla (33) is happy about an investment that pays off. The actress has a stake in Schüttflix, a company that connects contractors, bulk material suppliers, freight forwarders and disposal companies via its digital platform – and recently reported major sales growth.

“It was clear to me from the start that Schüttflix had potential, otherwise I wouldn’t have invested,” explains Thomalla. “But I’m surprised by the speed. How the team here has digitized the construction industry in such a short time deserves my absolute respect. The investment was definitely one of my better ideas. In any case, I won’t have to worry about my pension anymore,” adds the presenter.

In business since 2019

The start-up was founded in 2019 by CEO Christian Hülsewig – and is looking forward to a successful year 2022. The company has almost doubled its sales compared to the previous year to around 90 million euros, they say.

Sophia Thomalla has repeatedly supported the company in a special way in recent years. For 2023, for example, there was another calendar for which the TV star posed in a sexy outfit amidst gravel and huge construction machinery. Schüttflix has produced the calendar with investor Thomalla for the fourth time.

Soccer star Lukas Podolski (37) can also be seen on two motifs in the current calendar. He is also a brand ambassador for the company. In August 2022 the company gave on Instagram, among other things about Podolski’s commitment: “Together with investor @sophiathomalla, Lukas is now working as our brand ambassador for Austria, the Czech Republic and Poland and supports the further successful expansion of our partner networks, especially in his native country Poland.” Co-owner Thomalla joked: “He can now officially call me boss.”
