(CercleFinance.com) – The European Commission announces that it has approved the acquisition of the Dutch company Ordina by the French group Sopra Steria Group (SSG).
Ordina is a provider of digital services and software. It offers IT consultancy, design and development services in the Benelux.
SSG offers a wide range of IT services including consulting and digital services as well as software globally.
The Commission concluded that the proposed merger would not raise competition concerns, given the companies’ overlapping activities and limited market shares.
