Spanish biker Carles Falcon died Monday January 15 at the age of 45, a little more than a week after the fall which left him in serious condition during the second stage of the Dakar-2024, announced his team, TwinTrail Racing Team.
“Carles has left us. The medical team confirmed that the neurological damage caused by the cardiorespiratory arrest during the accident is irreversible.wrote the training in a press release.

“Immediately informed by a pilot who was following him, the organization dispatched a medical helicopter which took care of the injured motorcyclist in a condition considered serious. He was airlifted to Al-Duwadimi hospital”specified ASO, adding that a complete assessment would be communicated “in the next few hours”.
