There are more and more charity events on Twitch like the Z Event, but the SpeedDonsorganized by MisterMV, has a particularity that is very popular with spectators. This event brings together many streamers for a special weekend dedicated to the practice of speedrunning, which consists of finishing games as quickly as possible. Enough to offer a great show, while collecting donations for Doctors of the World.
The schedule for the three days of live
The 2022 edition will therefore take place from from today, April 15, at 5:30 p.m. until Sunday evening, April 17and this live from the Palais des Congrès in Paris.
During these three days of lives, we will then be able to find a whole bunch of challenges and varied speedruns on dozens of games, like Super Meat Boy, death loop, Metroid Dread, Dark Souls III or Hollow Knight, and many others, with of course quality commentators to transcribe all this. This edition will once again aim to collect donations for Doctors of the World, which treats vulnerable populations by giving access to care to those who are most in need. Last year, the Speedons raised the sum of €614,255 for the association, and we hope that this 2022 edition will make it possible to do just as well, and above all better.
The event will notably be to follow on MisterMV’s Twitch channel this evening, with an introductory sequence to present this edition, before attacking the serious things with a speedrun on Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom.
