A small bonus whose objective is generally to tease a new Marvel or DC adventure and which is often the subject of feverish discussions between enthusiasts. But what is the most popular of these scenes? A recent study conducted by the Top10Casinos site gives the answer!
By compiling all the superheroic productions adapted from Marvel and DC comics released in theaters since 2000, then collecting research data related to the post-credits scene of each feature film, Top10Casinos (which excluded from the study Black Panther : Wakanda Forever and Black Adam, too recent) reveals that the most popular post-credits scene is that of… the Eternals!
With nearly 114,000 monthly searches worldwide, the conclusion of the Marvel film The Eternals, released in theaters at the end of 2021, was of great interest. Two post-credits scenes are on the program, the first unveiling Harry Styles in the role of Eros, while the second introduces the upcoming arrival of the new Blade, played by Mahershala Ali.
In second place in this study stopped on November 28: Spider-Man: No Way Home, with more than 112,000 searches related to its outcome, also rich in two post-credits scenes. While the first links to the character of Eddie Brock and his alter ego Venom, the second takes the form of a trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
