(CercleFinance.com) – Spie announced on Thursday that it had been chosen to digitalize the technical management of the installations of the German real estate group Values Real Estate.
The engineering group indicates that it has developed a system status monitoring solution, in which energy-independent sensors ensure the proper functioning of technical installations.
This device has been used in particular since 2022 to monitor the proper functioning of the installations of a high-end property located in the center of Berlin, explains Spie.
With this technology, the multi-technical service provider says it is able to detect possible technical failures at an early stage and identify their causes precisely, thus improving the energy efficiency of installations.
The solution is also successfully used in other Values Real Estate properties.
