The soon to be 22-year-old Viennese went into the title decision with a 7-point lead. With 60.5 points, Wizani already jumped at the World Championships final level in the qualification and set his own Austrian difficulty record with a difficulty value of 17.4. In the final he remained sovereign and won with a total score of 113.6 points.
“My state championship titles number 9 and 10 mean a lot to me. Especially here in the context of the Sport Austria Finals, we rarely get so much media attention”, Wizani, who had previously won the synchronized jumping competition with Niklas Fröschl, rejoiced in the interview with the winner about two state championship gold medals.
