(CercleFinance.com) – The AMF announces that the public tender offer (OPA) on SQLI shares, filed by Mediobanca on behalf of SAS Synsion BidCo, will be open from December 23, 2021 to January 28, 2022 inclusive.
Synsion BidCo irrevocably undertakes to acquire at a price of 31 euros per share all of the 3,205,882 existing SQLI shares not held by it, representing 69.48% of the capital of this company.
The offer will lapse if the initiator does not hold, alone or in concert, more than 50% of the capital or voting rights. He intends to request, if the required conditions are met, the implementation of a squeeze-out.
