It’s been several days that Elodie and Laurent have been talking a lot about them. It all started following the broadcast of a very touching testimony about their house, located in Essonne and squatted. The couple was then invited on the set of Do not touch My TV, to discuss the purchase of their home. Quickly, the case took a new turn, in particular that RTL revealed that they were known to justice. According to the media, they had been indicted since October 2021 for “drug trafficking, illicit possession of category B and C weapons and participation in a criminal association with a view to the preparation of an offense“, we could read. Invited on the set of Cyril Hanouna this Thursday, June 16, Laurent wanted to deliver his truth. “I have been in prison several times. So what ? Am I not allowed to buy a house?“, he asked before adding: “Especially since the house belongs to my partner. I did not put 1 euro in this onei”. What Laurent deplores? The media coverage of his judicial past. “What does it have to do with drug trafficking? They reveal my record, I don’t really understand“, he assured.
On the set of his show, Cyril Hanouna wanted to give Laurent the opportunity to express himself on all subjects. He thus evoked the accusations of which he is the subject. “Why did you go to jail?“, he asked her. “For traffic offences. My biggest pain? It was seven months for drunk driving“, replied Laurent. Regarding the indictment for drug trafficking, he confirms the rumor by adding: “My partner is tied just because she wanted what was happening at home but she didn’t do a day in jail, while I did“.
