About a year ago, Quantic Dream revealed, during The Game Awards, Star Wars Eclipse shortly after leaking. This announcement may have appealed to some players, especially because the Star Wars universe does not necessarily fit with what Quantic Dream has offered us so far, games more focused on narrative and choices. But very quickly, the studio explained that this new Star Wars game would offer much more action than what we have known so far, something confirmed in a new interview given by David Cage, founder of the company, to IGN.
In this exchange, the ambition of the project is put forward, which is moreover the “ most ambitious game from the studio to date. As for Detroit: Become Human, the teams thought a lot before actually starting the project, while specifying that it is not a copy, since the two games will be very different.
Star Wars will not be a simple copy of Detroit. The two games will be different, very different.
Sure, Quantic Dream will capitalize on what it knows how to do and use what it has learned with its old productions, but will add new things, in particular to offer more actions.
