Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2 may be exclusive to PC, PS5 and Xbox Series

May promises to be a big month for fans of Star Wars. Already with May 4, which will mark Star Wars Day and which may therefore be the time to announce new things around the license, but also with the Star Wars Celebration, which will take place from May 26. We then expect that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2 makes its appearance during one of the two events, as the existence of the game is no longer a secret. Jeff Grubb comes to bring bad news to players who are waiting for the return of Cal but who do not have a next-gen console.

A real episode for the next-gen?

As reported by Bespin Bulletin, the Venture Beat journalist recently stated in one of his videos that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2 could be exclusive to the next-gen, and therefore would not be released on PS4 and Xbox One like the first episode.

While he says he still needs to find out before he can be 100% sure, he seems to be pretty sure about this information, which wouldn’t be surprising in any way, even if it will disappoint some.

Whatever, the journalist is also betting on a first reveal of the game during the Star Wars Celebration at the end of Maywhich means that there are probably only a few weeks left before we see what awaits us in this sequel.
