Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, it smells VERY bad for the KOTOR remake

Two years ago, Sony revealed a remake of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, developed by Aspyr Media, a studio mainly used to ports. Since then, information has been scarce, although rumors suggested that development had been put on hold, Lucasfilm And Sony Group not having been convinced by an internal demo.

Today, there is still no official information, but there are indications that the project is in trouble and is sinking. The trailer from two years ago is no longer available on Youtubethe video was played privately, and PlayStation deleted his posts (his tweets) regarding the game. This all smells bad for the remake.

As a reminder, Aspyr Media belongs to Embracer Groupand was placed under the supervision of Saber Interactive. But the Swedish giant is in the process of restructuring, which may have a link to these sudden changes. SO, Is Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic canceled outright, or will it hand the project over to another studiowhy not Saber Interactive, more accustomed to big games? Mystery.

While waiting to find out more, you can find Star Wars Jedi Knight Collection at €24.99 on Amazon or to there Fnac.
