Starfield: a huge update is coming, what will it add?

Launched last September on PC and Xbox Series X|S, Starfield will not have been the expected revolution, but it remains a very good role-playing and adventure game from Bethesda (The Elder Scrolls, fallout). Unfortunately, the title suffered from some technical problems at launch, patches have already been released to correct the situation.

This week, Bethesda will publish the “biggest update in Starfield”, first in beta on PC via Steam. A patch that will include over a hundred fixes and improvementsthe studio already gives an overview of the changes:

Eye of the Storm issues, such as the inability to transfer data, and temples that do not appear with the quest “Into the Unknown”, will no longer prevent Constellation from exploring the cosmos.

This update will also bring graphics and stability improvements ranging from added widescreen support to reworked textures, lighting, and shadows.

Other fixes like sun disk geometry, ring shadows, bulldozed objects, ship hatches marked inaccessible, and another patch for asteroids following ships are planned.

PC players will be able to discover this big update of Starfield in beta from January 17, but you will have to wait two weeks for it to arrive on other platforms. You can find Starfield from €57.99 on Amazon, Cdiscount, there Fnac And Gamesplanet.
