The Steam Deck, hybrid between a console and a portable PC designed by Valve, will officially arrive at the end of the month to the first buyers. Corn the manufacturer obviously sent some test copies to journalists and influencers. Cary Golomb is one of them and he shares some interesting photos.
The videographer has indeed compared in images the Steam Deck to other portable consoles in his collection. Everything goes: PSP, PSVita, Lynx, Handheld Famicom, PC-Engine GT, Nintendo Switch OLED, GameGear, Game Boy Advance, GBA SP, GamePad from Wii U, N-Gage, GPD Win 3, Aya Neo Next… and each time, the Steam Deck is the biggest machine. Clearly, the term “portable” is not applied literally, the console will be transportable, but not in its pockets, regardless of their size.
